Client Policies + Service Terms
We want you to know that Nuad Bodywork is not a spa. We are an independently owned and operated massage practice run by two licensed massage therapists. We have extensive training in the modalities we offer and we continue learning and studying. We only take a limited number of clients per day so we offer you our service with exceptional care.
We don’t discriminate based on race, gender, sexual preference, country of origin, skin color or body shape.
24 hrs Cancellation policy + No-show Policy
Kindly give us a 24-hour notice for any appointment changes. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge, while cancellations within 2 hours or no-shows incur a 100% charge. If you’ve prepaid, a credit will be issued for future use. Refunds are accepted, excluding a 3.5% credit card surcharge. For canceled outcall appointments once the therapist is en route, a $50 traveling fee, plus 50% of the session cost, applies. This policy ensures schedule consistency for our sustainable livelihood.
Lateness Policy
We understand life is not perfect and clients sometimes can be late. However, sessions will not extended to accommodate the lateness and clients would still be expected to pay for the time they reserved. We might not be able to work on clients after 20 minutes of lateness and they would still be required to pay for 50% of the session.
Payment Options and Credit Card Surcharges
We accept cash, checks, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal debit and all major credit cards. You can pay in advance of your session or pay when you come in. A credit card is required when scheduling to reserve any appointment, but you will not be charged until after your session and you could pay differently once here. For your convenience and to recover fees credit card companies impose, a 3.5% surcharge is added to your services for credit cards on file and a 3% for credit cards swiped.
