WORKING TOGETHER (Client Policies and Service Terms)


We believe the best healing happens through collaboration and mutual respect. These guidelines help us create a sustainable practice while ensuring you receive the exceptional, personalized care you deserve.

WHO WE ARE
We're an independently owned massage practice run by two licensed massage therapists who are deeply committed to our craft. We have extensive training in the modalities we offer and continue learning and studying to serve you better. Because we take a limited number of clients each day, every session receives our full attention and care.

We welcome everyone. We don't discriminate based on race, gender, sexual preference, country of origin, skin color, or body shape. Period.

SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
We understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. Here's how we handle schedule adjustments:

24-Hour Cancellation Notice
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This allows us to offer your appointment time to someone else who may need it.

Cancellation Fees
Within 24 hours: 50% of your session cost
Within 2 hours or no-show: 100% of your session cost

If you've prepaid, we'll issue a credit for future use. Refunds are available.

Outcall Appointments
If you cancel an outcall appointment after your therapist is already en route, a $50 travel fee plus 50% of the session cost applies.

Why This Policy?
This policy helps us maintain a consistent schedule that supports our sustainable livelihood as small business owners. Your understanding means we can continue doing this work we love.

RUNNING LATE?
We get it—traffic, kids, life. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but here's what to expect:

Your session will end at the originally scheduled time. We can't extend sessions because we likely have another client waiting.

You'll still be charged for the full time you reserved.

If you know you're running late, please call us. We'll work with you when we can.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We want paying for your session to be easy and convenient—and we'd rather put money back in your pocket than pay it to credit card companies.

Why We Offer Payment Discounts
As a small, independently-owned practice, credit card processing fees take a significant bite out of every transaction—typically 3-4% per payment. That might not sound like much, but it adds up quickly and affects our ability to sustain our business and keep our rates reasonable.

We'd much rather give those savings directly to you, our clients, than send them to payment processors. By choosing cash, check, or Zelle payment methods, you help us keep our practice sustainable while saving money yourself. It's a win-win that allows us to continue doing this work we love.

Payment Method Discounts
Save $10 Per Session - Cash, Check. Zelle
Save $5 Per Session - Venmo
Standard Listed Price - Cash App, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)

When to Pay: You can pay in advance when you book online, or pay when you arrive for your session.

Credit Card on File: We require a credit card when scheduling to hold your appointment, but you won't be charged until after your session. You're welcome to pay with a different method when you arrive to receive your discount.

Example: If your session is listed at $125 and you pay with cash, check, or Zelle, you'll pay just $115. That's $10 back in your pocket instead of going to a payment processor!
